Here, designers Joep and Jeroen Verhoeven and Judith de Graauw from Demakersvan, architect Reinier de Graaf of OMA and architect Ben van Berkel of UNstudio talk about the city's redevelopment, its diversity and how it inspires their work.

Emile Hilgers is a colleague I've known for donkey's years. Both of us worked for the Rotterdam advertisement paper Het Zuiden in the early 80ties, after which we went our seperate ways. Today, Emile and I have something in common: being entrepreneurial journalists. It is all show time for him. Please click on his pic to find out what he is on about or on http://www.showtext.nl/
